Automatic features are another convenience that gives AlarmCAD the edge in design. Speeding up the process with greater accuracy allows the designer more time to design rather than also taking care of sometimes small and frustrating details.  AlarmCAD also allows for manual input if the designer needs or prefers tighter control over the project.

Circuit Connections have an automatic mode and a manual mode. In the automatic mode you can connect appliances to the required source circuits, include circuits in the connecting wire paths and choose automatic device address assignments. Or if you want more control you can manually connect appliances to source circuits.
